Has AT&T's service improved now that Verizon sells the iPhone?

There's no change. Not many customers were willing to pay the ETF to switch to Verizon. The earliest you're going to see that kind of traffic is next summer when the iPhone 4 contracts start ending and, it's likely that any real migration will be when the 2012 iPhone is released.
