Please help me go to college in Ecuador ?

When you say "Ecuador" it is a complete country with multiple cities. If you would like a suggestion - the safer city would be Quito (and cleaner too). There are two big universities in Quito that would accept you. One is La Universidad Catolica and the other is La Central. The Catolica is private and the other is public so it is much easier to enter the Catolica. It does cost money and the cles are taught in Spanish. If you are looking at an exchange program There is a huge exchange program form Oregon State. If you use there web site you will find 4 listed from Ecuador alone. I you do the OSU thing the visas and registration is taken care of for you.
