Madden 09 Question roster updates?

how com eon roster udates guys that areplaying like crap are still teh best peop[le who really deserve it are still only second best like Matt Ryan and Joe flacco should both probably be at least 89 while only one is even close turner should be one of the top 5 backs and yet LT is still number one petersons carrying has not gone down yet and there are countelss others why dont they ever fix these appropiately
