My Landlord is Violating The Lease agreement?

Hello my name is Willie; I am renting a home in St Petersburg Florida. There are remaining repairs needed. My landlord has a guy to do them but he has yet to finish. And if he does fix something it is not done correctly nor safely. Whenever I call my landlord to inform her she tells me that I am just a complainer. But gets angry if the rent is a little short because we are trying to fix something’s ourselves. We were only short 75.00 because we took our own money to purchase termite spray and shower heads. Also there is a leak in the bathroom that is causing us to have a higher water bill. There are also termites in the home to. The garage is not closing fully and rats are now getting into the house. When the maintenance worker installed the bathroom sink he did not secure it into place and it looks like it may fall at any time. Bottom line the landlord is violating the lease and is now threatening to increase the rent. What can we do, we are in no position to move and she knows this. I feel that we are being bullied. The land lord feels that, is it our responsibility to contact the maintenance worker to request the same thing over and over? So in order to keep down possible arguments I even had the courtesy to send her a video of all the remaining repairs and was still insulted. I don’t know what to do at this point?
