Help girlfriend pregnant and turning me off!!?

My chicky and I are having a baby been together for 3 yrs, before she was pregnant she was really attractive nice body ETC. She is 24 weeks pregnant and she has put on about 8 kilo and shes only 5 foot tall, she feels ugly and fat all the time and she always asks me do i look fat? why am i so ugly? She has gained alot of Weight on her face and has a double chin now. When I look at her i think ewww Gross yuck stay away. Her arms are huge she has stretch marks on her cellulite on her **** she's broken out in acne galore and she's always farting and smelly. I feel terrible for saying this I really do I love her and I know she hates the way she looks but how do i get my brain to stop being so judgemental and nasty towards her???? after all I was the one that really wanted us to have a child???
