What ions and/or molecules are present in relatively large proportions in a solution of a strong acid H2SO4?

As the other answer said, the ionization of H2SO4 to give H+ and HSO4- is complete. The second ionization is only partial. So, one could say that HSO4- is also present in a relatively large proportion in the solution. There will be much less SO42- in the solution.
