Crash Course in Catholicism?

After many years of public schooling, my parents we're fed up with teachers and the curriculum in my current district, so I'm switching to a private catholic school. I'm going into Eighth grade. The problem is, I'm not catholic. I'm Presbyterian. The school was reluctant to accept me because of this, but let me in because of my good grades and exemplary test scores. Even so, I do have to take a religion cl (and p it). If anybody could help me with the fundamentals and basics, or recommend websites/books that cover everything about the Catholic religion, Please Help! Thanks!
