Do you ever feel uncomfortable around certain people, you feel like your under a microscope?

Most feelings like these are symptoms of mild OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) One need not be washing your hands or checking the door locks a dozen times a day to have this. You are putting too much importance on the imagined projected opinions of others; you feel it to be so, and in turn, automatically believe they must be thinking the same thing you are, when in fact they are not. The only one looking at you through a microscope is you!
