I have a prescription for Malarone, just wondering if these tablets can be purchased in Thailand for cheaper?

Malarone in Ireland costs €136 for 31 tablets, I want to take this kind of malaria tablet as it has the least amount of side effects and you also only need to take it a day before entering a malaria zone. I will be flying into Bangkok and was wondering if it was possible to buy the tablets over the counter at a pharmacy there for cheaper?? Any help would be appreciated!!
