Is america going to end like roman empire?

Probably more like France or Portugal. We'll lose the financial ability and popular will to subsidize the world's defense and have to relinquish our overseas bases and military occupation of foreign nations. Then countries (which are now sort of like US protectorates) will stop sucking up to us and look to China or some new emerging power to protect them.
