What is the BEST thing 2 do 4 heartache?

My bf and I broke up. He promised he would always b there 4 me and he promised nothing could tear us apart that he loved me and always would. Now he is moving but that is not the only reason he broke up with me he said he was changing and so were his feelings 4 me. The only way I can date him again is when he comes back n 3 yrs. We plan on giving it another try then. Anyway what im really asking is WHAT DO YOU DO TO HELP THE HEARTACHE! We were deeply in love I keep on thinking of him looking in my eyes saying he would b with me forever and we made love. I FEEL SO BAD FOR THAT MISTAKE AND I FEEL SO SO BAD ABOUT HIM MOVING. I am screaming for him at night calling him constantly wishing he would say everything will be alright. I NEED him he is my rock I love him and I can't be just his freind. IT JUST HURTS SO BAD I MISS HIM. I can't find someone who will love me like he did its IMPOSSIBLE I don't want anymore promises they hurt to much afterward. HELP! What can I do 4 the pain?
