What is a romantic thing to do for my boyfriend who just came off 6 month deployment?

This is the man i want to spend the rest of my life with and he has been on 3 back to back deployments in the past 2 years, one for 8 months (where we met), one for a year to Kuwait, and now one for 6 months. He has been my best friend for those 2 years and we are now dating and i know, that this is it, he is the one. I want to do something to blow him completely out of the water. Please help i want this to be special, romantic, and close to the heart. I'd prefer this to be at home but could be done somewhere else. thanks so much for all the help!
